Intense red color with purple reflections. The bouquet has distinct aromas of spices and fruits such as blueberries, plums and currants. On the palate, the wine is soft and elegant, with pleasant tannins on the finish.
Roast
The Nero di Troia grape was originally brought to Puglia by the Greeks from Troia, hence the name. The grapes for this wine grow in the area around Canosa di Puglia in Puglia in Puglia. The harvest takes place at the end of October. The wine goes through the fermentation phase in wooden vats and then matures for 8 months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled in the special bottles.
