Winery, located at 380 m above sea level, enjoys the freshness of the Pacific Ocean. The slow ripening of the grapes makes it possible to achieve a very good concentration. Winemaking at a cold temperature as well as slow fermentation make it possible to stabilize the wine without adding sulfur. Intense ruby red color. Aromas of black fruits, blueberries, blackberries and pepper. A concentrated, rich cru that glides softly in the mouth.
Goes well with red meats, soft cheeses and desserts.
