Good concentration in the bouquet, smoky notes, aromas of ripe, yellow fruits, with a fine touch of red berries and cherries, plus sponge cake notes and delicately spicy minerality. Wonderfully penetrating and round on the palate, has freshness and good structure.
An elegant champagne aperitif, but also goes well with starters with raw fish, such as grouper tartare or scampi, poached fish or poultry, or grilled vegetables.
