About the wine
You will certainly have a lot of fun with the fine Grande Réserve Brut 1er Cru. The wine-growing regions of the French winery Vilmart & Cie stretch across the landscapes of Champagne, where the experienced winemaker produces this sparkling wine.

Tasting note
Good concentration in the bouquet, smoky notes, aromas of ripe, yellow fruits, with a fine touch of red berries and cherries, plus sponge cake notes and delicately spicy minerality. Wonderfully penetrating and round on the palate, has freshness and good structure.
Culinary recommendation
An elegant champagne aperitif, but also goes well with starters with raw fish, such as grouper tartare or scampi, poached fish or poultry, or grilled vegetables.
