We have a long-standing business relationship and friendship with Gianfranco Comincioli, which began in our engagement with olive oil. Comincioli was one of the first olive growers to cultivate his olive crops and process the olives according to the strictest criteria recognized today. For over two decades, his oils have been among the most perfect, regardless of which publication you consult. The pursuit of perfection is also expressed in the wines of the Azienda Comincioli. All wines have one thing in common: Clear aromatic definition, fresh vivacity, whether you take the white Perlì, the wonderful Rosato or the red blend from the Sangiovese, Marezmino, Groppello and Barbera varieties. The intense, lively aroma of this wine is beguiling. Wonderful, radiantly fresh fruit notes are reminiscent of (spiny) berries, citrus, underlaid with fine vanilla. Due to the lively saltiness, the Perlì, in addition to its soft fullness, remains pleasantly stimulating and not only accompanies delicate fish dishes, but also harmonizes perfectly with any type of cheese.
Goes well with aperitifs, antipasti, fish, charcuterie.
