The bouquet has depth and charm: warm, spicy tobacco smell alternates with attractive raspberry aromas. In the body, dark roasted notes are reminiscent of coffee, raisins and cocoa. These give a lot of weight, the finish is warm and conciliatingly soft.
Charcuterie grill Mediterranean cuisine
The grapes are stemmed by hand and tamped with their feet. A small part of the must is fermented in clay amphorae, part in lagares and the rest in stainless steel tanks. Maceration for four weeks. Aged for nine months in French and American oak barrels.
