The loamy, crooked soils in Burgundy offer the winemaker from the French winery Domaine Bruno Colin everything he needs to live out his craft and produce a wine for discerning connoisseurs. Bourgogne blanc Chardonnay
The aromas of vanilla, hazelnut, coconut and honey indicate the ageing in barriques. Ripe apple, mirabelle and pineapple reveal Chardonnay. It appears full-bodied, creamy, almost opulent. The juicy acidity and a noticeable minerality are set as a counterpoint. A white Burgundy that can ripen well for a few years and will show a wide variety of aroma facets in the course of its development.
