Cocciapazza Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC
It is the most typical of the three red wines of the Azienda Torre dei Beati and comes from the Cocciapazza vineyard. The harvest is staggered, usually in three rounds, at In each case, the grapes are harvested at the right stage of ripening - an elaborate process, which, however, does justice to the particular microclimate and the grape variety and contributes to the difference compared to the all-too-well-known Montepulciano. Even in its color, the cocciapazza reveals its volume, which is confirmed by its impressive intensity in the bouquet. Especially on the palate, it looks opulent and exciting at the same time. The tannins are soft and testify to the perfect ripeness of the grapes. All together, an impressive wine, with a long, flattering Departure.
