I gave my brilliant appearance to my Thanks to bright, rich straw yellow with silver reflections. I am charming with notes of stone fruit, apple, pear and bergamot. I tingle for a long time and persistently. I am a convincing aperitif and go perfectly with light fish dishes or asparagus menus.
It goes well with aperitif, parties, Hugo and Aperol Spritz.
For me, only grapes come from the best Vineyards in question. These are delivered carefully by hand. The base wine is fermented at a controlled temperature with the addition of selected yeasts and sugar. The resulting wine is filled at 1.5 bar pressure using the latest technologies.
