Arbui Monastrell Vinos Alicante DO's delicate bouquet of violets, roses and smoke shows complex aromatic character and lots of finesse. The distinctive notes of blueberry, plum and blackberry create its individual texture. A red wine with a medium-bodied body and distinctive acidity, which develops its complex structure with rich tannins on the tongue and on the palate.

The vinification took place as follows: The grapes are picked, selected and sorted by hand. Before fermentation, the grapes are mashed on their skins at cold temperatures. The wine is gently pressed, settled and transferred to French oak barrels for 15 months of aging.
