Assemblage rouge du Valais AOC BELLE ETOILE
This light ruby red wine unfolds aromas of ripe cherries and blackberries, with discreet notes of dried plum and smoke. The grape varieties Merlot, Humagne Rouge and Diolinoir are mixed after alcoholic fermentation and mature together in stainless steel tanks. On the palate, the blend has a subtle freshness and a slender structure.
Goes well with sausages, pasta with tomato sauce, various pizzas
Diese Cuvée besteht aus den Rebsorten Syrah, Diolinoir und Carminoir, welche nach der alkoholischen Gärung zusammen im Stahltank reifen.
