Since 1425 in Weil am Rhein, long established at the top in Baden - even though neither the Schneiders nor their wines are loud! Natural viticulture - even without a label is possible. Spontaneous fermentation, long yeast storage, unfiltered, often unwoven — this is also not announced as a marketing cry. Rather, everything here is from the hands of Claus Schneider and his sons of exceptional restraint, refinement, elegance and durability. The Burgundians in Weiler Schlipf, THE location in Markgräflerland, are among the best that Germany has to offer when it comes to Burgundy. White as red - wonderful elegance!

Spiritual guide - this clear, bright, warm peace, completely at home, rich in the soul, wisdom, very calm, bright fruit, even exotic fruits, radiating comfort, a touch of vanilla and almond. Great softness on the palate, inner peace, wonderful harmony, everything here is in flow, no corners, no edges, so wise, even knowing the dangerous temptations, the fresh, bitter, even herbal notes as if spellbound in size, stands above everything else and sounds wonderfully long and benevolently mild. Very fascinating, this inner clarity, peace and grandeur!
Flaschenpost team is recommended with poultry, soft cheese and goat cheese.
Selective reading by hand. Fermentation without temperature control with vineyard yeasts in small oak barrels (225l), malolactic fermentation in wooden barrels, long yeast storage, minimal filtration and sulphurization.
