Sparkling ruby red. Delicate bouquet of cassis, blackberry, pepper, liquorice and cinnamon, accompanied by a touch of herbs and coffee. It has juicy, unobtrusive tannins and a fruity acidity with a medium structure. The sensory impression in the finale is lasting and multi-faceted.

70% of the young wine is aged in barriques for 12 months.
