Misico Nero di Troia Puglia IGP
Color: Clear, dense ruby red with purple hues. Aromatics: Medium-bodied, fruity, spicy aromas of dark wild berries, tar and cloves. Body: The very long start combines with the tannins of the present acidity and the slight sweetness. The aroma of smoke, slightly herbaceous tannins and dark forest berries is noticeable in the aftertaste. Quality: A round, harmonious, youthful wine.
The accompaniment to spare ribs on a sweet-spicy marinade or cheese.
