Bright ruby red; intense on the nose with hints of violets, raspberries and blackberries, with elegant spicy notes; on the palate, pleasant fruity nuances such as cherry, raspberry and wild strawberries with the subliminal spiciness of licorice.
Goes well with red meats and hard cheeses.
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation in large oak barrels.
