“Color: Iridescent, clear gold with wafer-fine gold reflections. Aromas: Intense, pure nose, lemons, apples, bananas, seductive white flowers, fresh herbal notes of mint, subtle brioche notes. Body: Lively start, typical freshness of fine acidity, sweet fruit fullness, medium-bodied, with a slightly tart, mineral touch in the aftertaste. Quality: Pleasant, fresh “mouth feeling”, beautiful, elegant body.
Goes well with bouillabaisse, onion soup, lobster.
