Deep ruby red with purple hues. Intense bouquet with lots of red fruit such as cherry, plus spicy notes of truffle and white pepper. Full-bodied and balanced on the palate with soft tannins and a pleasantly long finish.
Goes perfectly with ossobuco and grilled lamb, as well as pecorino.
