Raices De Valparaiso Do
Brilliant and dark cherry red. Intense, complex and elegant notes of red and dark berry fruits. The nose is predominantly fruity, with cherries, red and black berries, but also vanilla. Full-bodied on the palate, powerfully elegant, complex with great fruit aromas Exquisite ripe tannins and a very long finish accompanied by balsamic and mineral notes, accompanied by liquorice. A great wine. Limited edition of only 2,586 bottles
Goes well with beef.
Hand-picked grapes transported in 10 kg. containers. These are handpicked again. Maceration and maceration in 500 liter wooden barrels. Then transferred to new French barriques for a total of 14 months, followed by residual aging in the bottle.
