Vin Orange Bordeaux AOC2021- David & Laurent Siozard

A vin d'orange that is not orange cloudy but bright, sparkling yellow gold. On the nose, aromas of grapefruit, boxwood, passion fruit and lychees. Menthol, orange and exciting structure on the palate. This wine was aged on its own yeasts for 45 days on the mash like a red wine in TAVA clay amphorae. As early as 2500 years ago, such wines were produced in clay amphorae in Georgia. Perfectly pressed, without additives, without sulfur, without musty, musty taste - naturewine works, you just have to be able to do it. Don't serve too cold in a red wine glass and enjoy!
