Colour: bright lemon yellow, iridescent light grey reflections. Aroma: Tropical bouquet of ripe white peaches, fresh citrus, fine scent of white flowers, balsamic note of honey, subtly earthy, mineral. Body: Lively first drink, medium-bodied body, creamy texture on the palate, dense, sweet-looking aromas, lively, fresh acidity, fine flint notes. Quality: Wonderfully fresh with an endless aftertaste and great harmony.
It goes well with light starters, creamy soups, from fish to potato soup, fish dishes and appetizers.
