About the wine

Schola Sarmenti, home to beautiful walls from the nineteenth century, stands vineyards with autochthonous grape varieties with vines up to 80 years old, which are skillfully and patiently tended. During the harvest, only the best grapes are selected, which were allowed to grow in an environment of respect and love for nature.

Bouquet of red fruits, chocolate. Very elegant and powerful on the palate. Goes well with red meat, mushroom dishes and pepper steak.
Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the red wine is a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The following period is the ideal enjoyment phase for this wine: Now until 2024.
