A blend of different individual layers (Hangács/Dorgó/Betsek/Kakaks/Szent Tamás) for more complexity. Only 4800 bottles were produced. A typical Furmint, which means it has a very good acidity that holds the wine together. Beautiful body, with lots of power, lots of freshness and good balance. The Furmint from Balassa shows aromas of quince, pear and white flowers and floral notes. Nice minerality.
Our recommendation: The organic white wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 12°-14°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: now until 2024.
