Wonderful light yellow robe. Very fruity, expressive, rich but sweet. Nice, harmonious structure, honey notes. Pleasantly long-lasting, well-rounded finish.
Goes well with aperitifs and an outstanding accompaniment to starters, fish and seafood terrines, freshwater fish dishes, white meat, cheese specialities or a rich, spicy cheese platter.
Traditional winemaking, aging in large oak barrels.
