Tasting note
Strong golden yellow with silver reflections. A wonderful bouquet, dominated by mineral notes, in particular chalk and flint, framed by floral aromas of lime blossom and broom. Full-bodied, round and soft, accompanied by a refreshingly youthful acidity. Balanced, harmonious, long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with appetizers, appetizers, fish and seafood terrines, freshwater fish dishes, white meats, cheese specialities, a rich and spicy cheese platter.
