Friulano Ronco delle Cime DOC
Giorgio and Gianni Venica cultivate a playful yet highly professional approach to the variety of varieties of Collio (Friuli) and, like every vineyard in the hilly terrain has its own microclimate, it also requires the adapted grape variety. Only decades of experience and a number of experiments make it possible to winemakers to find the tailor-made solution. In her winery, which has been enlarged and perfected step by step over almost thirty years in the middle of its own vineyards, wines of almost unbeatable varietal typicity are produced. The Ronco delle Cime is one of Venica & Venica's flagship horses: full of character and harmonious, expressive bouquet, with beautiful melting yet salty breed on the palate.
Goes well with aperitifs, antipasti, fish and charcuterie.
