About the wine

Chateau Musar is Lebanon's most famous wine cellar. It does not own its own vineyards but is supplied with grapes by contracted wineries from the Bekaa Valley. However, tilling and vine care are subject to the management of the winery. The company's cellar technology meets the latest standards and is vinified in classic Bordeaux style. The wines are neither filtered nor refined. The result is powerful wines that revive the old wine tradition of Lebanon.

Musar Jeune White
The Musar Jeune White has a rich lemon yellow and the nose is fresh and fruity with aromas of pineapple, pear and quince as well as Mediterranean herbs. Dry on the palate and balanced with lots of fresh fruit like apricot, pineapple and basil.
The grapes were fermented in stainless steel at a temperature between 19 and 21 degrees. Then assembled, stabilized and bottled. Vegan certified.
