Nebbiolo Langhe DOC
Bright garnet red color with an intense floral and fruity scent. Delicate fruity, spicy taste on the nose, reminiscent of fruits and dried rose petals. Well-structured, balanced on the palate, with a long-lasting fruit aroma.
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with beef, pizza and truffle risotto.
After manual harvesting and strict grape selection, the Nebbiolo Langhe is fermented for 7 to 9 days between 25 and 27 °C in a fermentation tank. The wine then matures for a short time in stainless steel and cement tanks to optimally preserve the fruit and freshness of the grape.
