Peter Sisseck's latest project was created in the historic center of the Ribera del Duero a good 10 years ago: Bodegas y Viñedos Alnardo. A good 400 winegrowers with the smallest plots and ancient vines are involved in this unique project, in which Sisseck buys and presses their grapes for PSI. PSI is aged in predominantly used barrels, bringing the full potential and typicity of this unique region to the bottle. Not only the name (Peter Sisseck's initials), but also the style bear the unmistakable signature of the master: incredibly powerful and at the same time perfectly balanced - a wine of exceptional structure and yet suitable for almost every day.
