Rare Champagne
A cuvée de prestige with a very classic character, shaped by 2008, structured, full-bodied and fruity. A profound but finely tuned champagne, precise and balanced. Sensual, full aroma. The subtle nuances are reminiscent of delicacies from distant lands: mint tea, lime, kumquats and exotic fruits such as pineapple and candied ginger.
A wonderful accompaniment to seafood such as oysters, jack mussels and fresh fish tartare
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Second fermentation “prise de mousse” on the bottle. Storage for at least 36 months in the cellar.
