Garnet red. Sweet start with light notes of forest fruits and black currants. On the palate, where a balance of structural elements is revealed, it is rustic, elegant, autochthonous. It is reminiscent of red chenille pillows and open fires. Spicy, dry and easy finish. A “vin sauvage” with class and profile, with ripe fruit aromas and a balanced structure. Not explosive despite the long rustic notes. Very charming and compact, complemented by a velvety tannin dress.
Sausage starters, soups, vegetable casseroles, meat, creams, local aperitif and cheese.
Made from pure Nebbiolo, this wine is versatile and lively thanks to its freshness and taste.
