Chenin Blanc
Bright straw yellow - on the nose and palate, the wine shows a complex aroma of ripe peaches, fresh lemons, quinces and almonds, complemented by floral notes and a hint of dried herbs. With a pleasantly soft texture, but with enough structure to give the wine a perfect backbone together with its natural acidity. The finish is very long and characterized by a certain saline minerality.
Flaschenpost team is recommended with meatballs in tomato sauce, pretzel sticks and puff pastry pastries. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: Now until 2026.
