About the wine
Enchanting and sunny landscapes of the Breede River Valley give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the South African winery Van Loveren conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpost team guarantees a culinary experience when you serve this Cabernet Sauvignon with Gruyère burgers or ribeye steak.
Tasting note
A soft, slightly woody, dry red wine. Ripened oak with lively plum and ripe berry fruit on the palate. The wine has an intense aroma of roasted coffee beans, followed by a smoky mocha java aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with hearty red meat dishes such as osso bucco, lamb, grilled meats, curry, wild fowl, spare ribs and meat stews.
