On the nose, aromas of blackberries, mulberries, blueberries and black currants develop, accompanied by fine spicy notes and a touch of chocolate. On the palate, the wine is powerful and velvety, with lively freshness and a harmonious, long-lasting finish.

Perfect with spicy dishes such as lemon-chili chicken with bulgur, stuffed red onions with couscous and apricots, or grilled lamb.
Vinification
