Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and sunny Piedmont countryside. Vinification
Vinification with skin contact for 36 hours at a low temperature of 5°C, followed by classic white vinification. Fermentation period: 15 days in steel tanks at a low temperature of 15°C. Then aging on own yeast for 6 months.
