Tasting note
The fine aromas of Barbera d'Alba DOC Croere of lavender, spices and vanilla express a lot of character with a very individual structure. Afterwards, the fruity nuances of black cherry and plum reveal their own character. With round and pleasant tannins, strong body and outstanding acidity, this red wine presents its flawless texture.
Culinary recommendation
It goes particularly well with hearty, dark meats, stews and pasta.
