About the wine
You will definitely have a lot of fun with the fine BAROLO DOCG Bricco Boschis, which was produced in 2009. Picturesque and blooming landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Cavallotto B. Boschis conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience.
Bio
Tasting note
Carefully selected Nebbiolo grapes that are still pressed according to the old tradition. The young wine is then stored in large oak barrels from Slavonia for up to 5 years. This Barolo brings an unparalleled complexity of aromas ranging from roses to violets to tar and truffles. Barolo should usually be decant a few hours before you enjoy it.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with brasato, game and lamb dishes.
