Brilliant ruby red, on the nose, this Barolo is complex but also very elegant. Beautiful berry notes harmonize with typical liquorice aromas. The ageing in barriques is not distinctive and adds subtle roasted aromas. Full-bodied and powerful on the palate, but also smooth and round thanks to the harmoniously integrated tannins. An extremely balanced, multi-faceted wine, with a long-lasting finish and aftertaste.
