About the wine
Beaujolais is located in the south of Bourgogne, north of Lyon and is the smallest wine region in France, stretches 55 kilometers from south to north and borders the foothills of the Massif Central in the west and stretches across the Saône plain in the east, a total of 14,500 hectares.

Tasting note
Brilliant crimson color Fruity with more complexity and structure than Beaujolais AOP. Harmonious and open-hearted with expressive aromas of red fruits. This wine also offers good storage potential, but can also be enjoyed immediately.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with: skewered scallops, risotto, stew, Catalan-style partridge, Lyon pike quenelle, or cheese.
Vinification
Semi-carbonic maceration to promote aromas, fermentation for about 8 days, alcoholic fermentation ended at a low temperature. Aging in barrels to preserve the aromatic potential.
