The various vineyards are harvested and vinified separately, lightly pressed and fermented at low temperature to obtain fine and persistent aromas.
Tasting note
Fruity and fine with citrus notes, slightly dominating Chardonnay.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Bianco del Ticino DOC goes well with duck, poultry and slightly spicy red meat. Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the white wine is slightly chilled 8°-10°C.
