Tasting note
Straw yellow with green reflections. On the nose, subtle floral notes, some apricots and white peach. On the palate with aromas of exotic fruits, herbs and a bit of white pepper. Balanced acidity and an exciting finale.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with beef or octopus carpaccio and freshwater fish with grilled vegetables.
