However, the Spanish winery Cellers Can Blau is trying to express the beauty of their homeland with this red wine. We think he succeeded! Tasting note
Youthful purple-red. Beautiful, complex fragrance, notes of violets, dried fruits, lavender, Blau berries and plum. Juicy, well-balanced with medium richness, nice aftertaste of floral aromas. Excellent value for money wine from the up-and-coming Montsant region!

Vinification
Harvested and selected by hand. The Garnacha vineyards grow on slate soils, the Cariñena vineyards on clay and the Syrah on limestone, i.e. three different terroirs combined in one bottle! The Blau base wine ages for 4 months in used French oak barrels. Free from animal products - vegan certified.
