Our wine recommendation for game: fruity, mineral-like ideal with venison schnitzel. Ruby red with a delicately spicy nose and sweet blackberry and red currant fruit, pleasant mineral notes on the palate with beautifully integrated tannins and a harmonious finish.
The Blaufränkisch Goldberg is aged for 18 months in the very elegant Tronçais barrique.
