The winemaker from the Italian winery Masi masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the enchanting and fertile landscape in Veneto. With the powerful Corvina 2015 — Bonacosta Valpolicella Classico DOC, nuances and accents are redefined. Tasting note
Ruby red with purple hues. Explosive fragrance with notes of dark berries and a subtle spiciness. A fruity-fresh start on the palate, with spicy and intense, berry aromas. A tasty wine with an elegant structure. Aromatically persistent and juicy on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
An uncomplicated, tasty red wine that goes well with cold platters, pasta and grilled meats.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are fermented in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. The young wine then matures for twelve to 18 months in large oak barrels and in the bottle for a further three months.
