The estate of Domaine Sirugue in Vosne-Romanée is spread over 30 plots, which is typical of Burgundy. The vines are between 50 and 80 years old. Marie-France Wilmotte-Sirugue also leaves her wines without any intervention, i.e. no breeding yeasts, no fining, no filtration.
