About the wine
Chardonnay Les Grandes Coutures comes from three plots adjacent to Meursault with vines aged between 15 and 51 years. The soils are mostly loamy, which gives this Bourgogne Blanc weight and texture.
Now until 2030
Tasting note
The wines from Meursault are characterised by aromas and flavours of ripe melon, hazelnut and lemon cream. They are generally wider and more structured than the wines from the neighboring villages. ripening In 15-20% small French oak barrels, the wines give notes of toast and vanilla.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish dishes, white meat, light cream sauces.
