An intense cassis note characterizes the wine and is accompanied by smoke, pepper and stinging nettle, you could smell it non-stop. The wine is extremely rich, has lots of delicious, soft fruit extract, supported by a solid structure of strong tannins and fresh acidity. Amazing balance. Despite its age, it shows no ripeness and the young fruity cassis note persists for a very long time even on the finish. A masterpiece! Be sure to decant!
