Vinification
The first AOC Zürisee sparkling wine made from 100% Räuschling, also known as Züriseerebe, is the figurehead of Zürischum creators. Like his two siblings, the grapes are picked by hand after another fantastic Zurich summer and then fermented in the bottle using the Traditionnelle method. Limited to 2,500 bottles
