Strong, harmonious Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles with aromas of cassis, ripe cherries and fine vanilla notes. Juicy, soft and well-balanced — an accessible classic with Californian charm.

Tasting note
Dark red with shades of purple. Intense, elegant and soft aromas of blueberries, black cherries and cassis. Then a mixture of vanilla, chocolate, thyme and cedarwood. Full, soft and sweet on the palate with ripe tannins and a long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meats, pasta, lamb, grilled meats and cheese platters.
Vinification
Aging in American oak barriques for 12-14 months.
