Tasting note
Brilliant light gold. On the nose of blood oranges, bananas, peaches and mango, plus a touch of nutmeg and white pepper as well as precious wood and butterscotch. Very creamy on the palate and with a wide range of suspense, shows a certain freshness, focused on fruit and fullness over the course, very accessible, ending with fine fruit sweetness and powerful on wax.

Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Cabreo Bianco La Pietra IGT passt perfekt zu Spargeln, Trüffel und Geflügel.
Vinification
Gentle pressing and cold decanting for 24 hours are required for winemaking. Followed by alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels. The aging takes place over 12 months in 500-liter oak barrels with “bâtonnage”.
