About the wine
Created by Conte Loredan Gasparini, this wine was often used for official events in the city of Venice. In the 1960s, this wine even counted many heads of state among his aficionados - a fact that naturally led to his name: “head of state.” The grapes used mainly come from vines planted in 1946 in Venegazzù in the Montello area. The wine is aged in barriques and bottled unfiltered.
